Every party at Adventure Valley will follow a similar itinerary, albeit at varying times.

Example Timetable - VIP FarmYard Party (£13.95 Per Child)

12.30	Greeted by your Party Host, you’ll be escorted to your private party log cabin.
12.40	Drop off your bags and the fun begins! Choose from 2-3 Animal Activities..will it be Rabbit Cuddling? Perhaps Pony Grooming? Or even Bathing Bertie the Tortoise...the choice is yours!
1.45	Wash your hands before you sit down for food in your own private party cabin.
2.15	Hold on tight for the Tractor & Trailer Ride
2.30	Pick up your bags and check out the rest of Adventure Valley's 6 playzones before heading home.

Example Timetable - Play Party (£10.95 Per Child) & Toddler Party (£9.95 Per Child)

12.30	On arrival, you’ll be escorted to your private party log cabin.
12.40	Drop off your bags and the fun begins! Saying goodbye to your party host, you are then free to discover Adventure Valley's 6 playzones..
2.00	Wash your hands before you sit down for food in your own private party cabin.
2.30	Pick up your bags and re-visit your favourites before heading home.

1. Please contact us on 0191 386 8291 or email info@adventurevalley.co.uk with your preferred party dates. We will agree your party date with you, discuss any requirements and will hold your provisional booking for 10 working days. A party needs to be booked for a minimum of 10 people.

2. To secure your booking, please download and return the booking form immediately to Adventure Valley, c/o Union Hall Farm, Brasside, Durham, DH1 5SG with a non refundable £40 deposit.

3. Final numbers will be due 48 hours in advance. Please note party numbers cannot fall below 10 paying children.

4. The remainder of your balance will be due on the day of the party. As staffing levels and catering are based on the final numbers you provide, please note children who do not arrive on the day will still be charged at 50%. Cheques should be made payable to Adventure Valley.
