Winter Wonderland Update – 28th November 2020

IMPORTANT WINTER WONDERLAND UPDATE – 28^th NOVEMBER 2020

We are delighted to announce that, after the announcement of County Durham initially being placed in Tier 3 we are able to go ahead with our Winter Wonderland experience on all dates as planned and also shall be open on selected dates throughout December.

Working closely with Durham County Council, we have reviewed the experience to ensure we adhere to all safety and social distancing guidelines.  This has included making some minor location changes for some of the activities, however apart from this, we are pleased to say we are all set and approved to go ahead with the event.

Important – Due to restrictions and guidelines, please note:

• All those aged over 11 years old (unless exempt) must wear a face-covering when in indoor areas at Adventure Valley.
• We cannot accept bookings of more than 6 people. However, we do appreciate that some households are larger or operate within a support bubble.  If this applies to you, please email us at info@adventurevalley,co.uk so we may assist.
• Visitors must respect the social distancing guidelines whilst at Adventure Valley.
• The Indoor Play Town, Wild West Play Barn and Creature Corner will remain closed until further notice.
• Café Italia will remain open for takeaway only.
