Learning should be fun! For pre-booked groups of twenty or more school children, we offer discounted admission rates and three unique educational packages that are an optional bolt-on to your visit. Making it easy for you All groups are met by a member of staff on the bus who will issue wrist bands. Groups are taken into the park and if a cabin has been hired, packed lunches can be dropped off there. If not, bags can be left under the lean-to. We charge £6.50 for school groups of 20 or more paying children visiting in term time. Includes entry and more
For a minimum of 20 paying children. The morning activity consists of (usually) three animal activities such as Rabbit and Guinea Pig Petting, Meet the Mini Beasts and Reptiles, or goat-walking, paddock walk etc. Depending upon your group size this is usually followed by a Tractor and Trailer ride just for your group. After which the group is then taken to wash their hands and taken back to the cabin for lunch. The afternoon is then all yours to use the play facilities at your leisure.
For a minimum of 25 paying children. This is an interactive session lasting around 20 minutes and is suitable for children of all ages. This exciting and informative show will require audience participation, where you’ll enjoy close contact with our birds. You will also learn lots of interesting facts about the birds that will be on show. Before and after the show is then all yours to use the play facilities at your leisure.
For between 20 and 100 children. Taking place in the Showtime Theatre, children will handle and learn about the resident insects and reptiles at Adventure Valley. The show generally lasts between 60-90 minutes and is tailored to the age of the children. We can also tailor activities to any specific topics such as food chains, life cycles, habitats, etc. After the session, children are taken to wash their hands and then taken to their cabin for lunch. The afternoon is their own free time.
