Important Information about your Membership

Dear Members,

Unfortunately given the current Covid-19 restrictions, it is with great sadness we have had to temporarily close once more.

We are offering Members that pay monthly the opportunity to apply for a refund for this month (January) by emailing us at: 

info@adventurevalley.co.uk

You must include your Full Name and Membership Number in the Email.

We regret we cannot issue refunds or answer queries over the phone so please ensure you email us.

Please note, we will need to have received your monthly payment in order to return it to you as a refund. The cut-off date for January refund applications is Sunday the 7th of February 2021. 

Members on our Old Direct Debit System

If you are on our old system of Direct Debit collections from your bank on the 1st of every month, we regret that your January payment has already been taken and we are unable to refund this. Further collections have now been suspended and will commence one month after we re-open to compensate for the January payment.

Outright Members

If you are an outright Annual Member, we will ensure any time lost due to these restrictions will be added to the expiry of your membership with us.
