Opportunity to Tender –

“Adventure Valley”

With help from the County Durham Rural England Prosperity Fund, we are looking to increase out facilities at our Farm Park to further enhance the customer experience, with this in mind we are looking for invite companies to tender for the below project.

“Inclusive and Sustainable Play Provision”

This projects key aims are to provide accessible play facilities for children with disabilities. This will benefit children/families of all ages and abilities.

Reaching across our customers in the Northeast and beyond.

The project also includes the installation of an additional play frame, which creates a link between existing play structures enhancing the visitors’ experience and customer flow.

We would like to invite tenders from companies who have the ability to deliver the project and are able to meet the initial criteria below.

Criteria

Able to show examples of similar projects, ability to visit these and discuss with customers.

Able to attend open day to view the park and area for proposed play provision this will also give you the opportunity to understand the culture of Adventure Valley. This will also give all contractors to ask any questions with reference to the project. For clarity all question will be tabled on this day allowing all parties to have access to these as opposed to individual emails.

Tenders to be returned by 30^th April 2024

Tenders to cover all details of installation, also including timeline and completion date.

Contract award to be confirmed to successful company

Project must be fully completed before 31st March 2025
