Yes Café Italia offers a wide range of home cooked food from delicious pizzas to jacket potatoes, Not forgetting our children’s menu and please keep a look out for our tasty specials. We also offer a wide range of hot and cold beverages. Our indoor soft play is located inside café Italia so you can grab a bite to eat while your little ones are playing. During the Summer Holidays we also have a catering van located in the middle of the park.

While we love our furry friends, unfortunately, we do not allow dogs at Adventure Valley. However, guide dogs are welcome!

Adventure Valley is open every day from April 1st to November 1st. However, during term time from November 1st to April 1st, we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We’re also closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

Yes we do accept walk ins all year excluding Winter Wonderland which is a ticketed event – Booking online is encouraged at all times.

We have two lost property areas, one located in the café and one in the gift shop, please pop to one of them to see if we have your lost property.

We do not offer Wi-Fi.

No we do not have cash machines on site but you can get cash back in our gift shop and café.

Events at Adventure Valley are included in your annual pass at no extra cost, except for Winter Wonderland. However, annual pass holders receive a discount code for Winter Wonderland bookings. Certain dates apply, so feel free to get in touch for more details.

Yes, Adventure Valley is wheelchair accessible with disabled facilities and ground-level doors.
