Last year’s event SOLD OUT on most dates, so booking early is recommended to secure your preferred time and date!
!!!IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: The time slot booked on your date of choice, is the time at which you must be at our Santa’s meeting point…ready for the magical, personalised 1-1 moment with him. BOOKING TIME = SANTA SLOT TIME!!! (please note, if you are late to your Santa slot we cannot re-schedule this, due to event timings). Even if FOR EXAMPLE you book a 3pm Santa slot, we advise to ARRIVE near to opening time this day to maximise activities and festivities time (these can take up to 2 hours+)!
Our Christmas experience will create magical memories to treasure with your loved ones. We have a jam-packed programme of festive fun, the activities and show are ALL INCLUDED in the cost of your experience.
This year, we have no time limit in place for these activities, so you are able to do these at your leisure throughout the day of your visit, if you wish. WE RECOMMEND that whatever time your Santa slot is booked for, you ARRIVE EARLY to maximise your time for the activities. We open at 9am and close at 5:30pm (10-5pm First weekend, 9-4pm Christmas eve), if you have booked on to an afternoon Santa slot PLEASE arrive with plenty time before to enjoy all we have to offer.
Your Magical Journey begins at entry, where children receive a Winter Wonderland Passport. Within, you will have a section for your Santa meeting and a section for Elf-led activities. This passport is stamped for completion of your Santa meeting and Elf-led activities once, so keep it nice and safe!
Once you have received your Passport, you are free to explore all the Activities included in this years’ Winter Wonderland:
🚂 Ride the Winter Valley Express & enjoy the Pony Christmas ride
🍬 Visit Claus’s Candy sweet shop and create your perfect pick’n’mix!
🦌 Make a bag of magical reindeer food to sprinkle for Rudolph and his gang on Christmas Eve
⛄️ Engaging Christmas show for all the family (on multiple times a day, for you to join at a time of your choice)
✨ Decorate a festive Gingerbread Biscuit with the loveliest Mrs Claus
🤸🏻♂️ Enjoy ride-on animals & bounce high on the huge winter inflatable
✨ Get creative in our arts & crafts area
🎅 A 1-1 personalised Santa meeting is followed by a visit to the Elf Toy Shop where you can choose your own gift – Please note, under 1 year old’s have a non-participating ticket but can accompany throughout the visit.

At your leisure, ride the Winter Valley Express and take home some magical family memories.
And, Mrs Claus is back for 2024! Join her to decorate a festive Gingerbread Biscuit and enjoy arts & crafts, where children will be able to make their own Christmas crafts to take home.
Plus, enjoy our ride-on animals and bounce high on our huge winter inflatable.
We have an amazingly MAGICAL Christmas Show!!
The show will be running frequently throughout the day, you can join at a time of you choice. Ensure to arrive at our theatre early to secure a seat, or you may be asked to join the next one running…
Come and warm up & relax in our café and enjoy some festive treats whilst the little ones are entertained in our HUGE soft play!
